Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form; shipping costs are free within France.
Delivery costs to Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain include customs surcharges; no additional fees or VAT will be requested upon delivery to these countries.
The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging upon delivery and report any damage caused by the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to the company, within one week.
Upon request, the customer may obtain an invoice with a billing address different from the delivery address by selecting the appropriate option during checkout.
Regarding shipping, we work exclusively with the Les Grappes warehouse in Mâcon. As soon as we dispatch an order, you will immediately receive an informational email.
The Les Grappes Warehouse
For obvious reasons, the wines are already located in France at the time of your order. To achieve this, we use a logistics warehouse that manages customs procedures between Switzerland and France, as well as the shipment of cartons on our behalf. They specialize in wine storage with temperatures controlled at 14°C year-round, and their logistics team is specialized in handling wine cartons.
Carrier for the Les Grappes Warehouse
To minimize transport costs and our ecological footprint, all products are shipped by the Les Grappes warehouse services in Mâcon, using original cartons made of recycled cardboard that are fully recyclable in cardboard bins.
Deliveries are available throughout France, as well as in Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands, offering you the possibility of receiving products directly at your home.
Bulky shipments may arrive on small pallets.
However, as with any shipment, delivery delays may occur. In the event of a delivery delay compared to the date indicated in our dispatch email, we ask that you report this delay by calling us or sending an email. We will then contact the Plugwine warehouses to initiate an investigation. A Plugwine investigation can last up to 21 days from the start date. If the product is found during this period, it will be immediately rerouted to your home (in the majority of cases). If, however, the product is not found after the 21-day investigation period, Plugwine considers the package lost. Only at that point can we send you a replacement product at our expense. If the ordered product(s) are no longer available at that time, we will refund the amount for the products lost by the carrier. We decline all responsibility for extended delivery times caused by the carrier, particularly in cases of product loss or strikes.
Delivery issues caused by the carrier
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be reported to us by email at domaine[at]petitesplanetes.fr within two (2) business days following the delivery date. Delivery errors
- The customer must submit any claim regarding a delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in nature or quality compared to the indications on the order form to Domaine des Petites Planètes on the day of delivery or no later than 7 business days following delivery. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.
- This claim to Domaine des Petites Planètes can be made via our contact form on this website or by telephone, specifying the order number.
- Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the allotted timeframes cannot be taken into account and will release Domaine des Petites Planètes from any liability towards the customer.
- Upon receipt of the claim, Domaine des Petites Planètes will assign an exchange number for the concerned product(s) and communicate it to the customer by email or telephone.
- In the event of a delivery error or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the company Domaine des Petites Planètes complete and in its original packaging; we will organize the return with you to the following address:

To be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to Domaine des Petites Planètes. Shipping costs are borne by Domaine des Petites Planètes, except in cases where it turns out that the returned product does not match the original declaration made by the consumer in the return form.
