The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form, shipping costs are free.

The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to the company, within one week.

The customer can, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice with a billing address different from the delivery address by validating the option provided when ordering.

Regarding shipping, we work exclusively with the Plugwine warehouse in Mâcon. As soon as we proceed with a shipment, you will immediately receive an information email.

For obvious reasons, the wines are already in France at the time of your order, to do this, we use a logistics warehouse which manages for us the customs part between Switzerland and France as well as the shipping of the boxes. They specialize in storing wines with controlled temperatures of 14°C all year round and their logistics team specializes in handling wine boxes.

To minimize transport costs and the ecological footprint, all products are shipped by the Plugwine warehouse services in Mâcon in the original boxes made of recycled cardboard and fully recyclable in the cardboard bins.

Deliveries are possible throughout France and offer you the possibility of collecting the products directly from your home.

Bulky shipments may arrive on a small pallet.

However, it is possible, as with any shipment, that there may be a delay in delivery. In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date we indicated to you in the shipping email, we ask you to notify us of this delay by calling us or sending us an email. We will then contact the Plugwine warehouses to start an investigation. A Plugwine investigation can last up to 21 days from the start date of the investigation. If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately re-routed to your home (in the majority of cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, Plugwine considers the package as lost. It is only at this time that we can send you a replacement product, at our expense. If the product(s) ordered were no longer available at this time, we would reimburse you for the amount of the products affected by the carrier's loss. We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products or strikes.

Delivery problems due to the carrier

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, product missing compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be reported to us by email domaine[at]petitesplanetes.fr within two (2) working days following the delivery date. Delivery errors

  • The customer must make any claim regarding delivery errors and/or non-conformity of the products in nature or quality compared to the information on the order form to Domaine des Petites Planètes on the same day of delivery or no later than 7 working days following delivery. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.
  • This claim can be made to Domaine des Petites Planètes via our contact form on this site or by telephone, specifying the order number.
  • Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits will not be taken into account and will release Domaine des Petites Planètes from any liability towards the customer.
  • Upon receipt of the claim, Domaine des Petites Planètes will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it by email or telephone to the customer.
  • In the event of a delivery or exchange error, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to Domaine des Petites Planètes in its entirety and in its original packaging, we will organize the return with you, at the following address:

To be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to Domaine des Petites Planètes. The shipping costs are the responsibility of Domaine des Petites Planètes, except in the case where it turns out that the returned product does not correspond to the original declaration made by the consumer in the return form.
