Petite Arvine 2023
My first white wine could only come from the Petite Arvine, this emblematic grape variety of the Swiss Alps, anchored in the soul of these mountains. Chiseled, vibrant with citrus fruits and a unique freshness, this wine which, like an alpine landscape, is unlike any other.
Pinot Gris in Maceration 2023
Umami 2023
This cuvée began in 2022, with the resumption of an abandoned plot. In addition to Pinot Noir, I discovered Merlot, Gamay, Pinot Blanc and Gris, which pushed me to create a blend planted from the first year. In 2023, I rented another plot with Gamaret and Garanoir, perfectly completing the cuvée. The challenge was to harvest all these grape varieties at the same time, but it is this complexity that gives "Umami" its unique charm.
Pinot Noir Chamoson 2022
Pinot Noir, this iconic Burgundy grape variety that I grew up with, is a true passion that I could not give up. When the opportunity arose to take care of this old plot of Pinot Noir, nestled on the splendid terroir of Prés des Pierres in Chamoson, I did not hesitate for a moment. It is with great joy that I produce this Pinot Noir in a style that pays homage to finesse and elegance, qualities that this grape variety knows how to reveal with such subtlety, in the pure Burgundian tradition.
Humagne Rouge de Chamoson 2022
From a centuries-old cross in the Aosta Valley between Cornalin and an unknown grape variety, Humagne Rouge crossed the Great Saint-Bernard Pass to establish itself in Valais. Although its arrival is relatively recent (end of the 19th century), it quickly established itself as the second great red wine of Valais, after Cornalin.
Vigorous and late-maturing, Humagne Rouge produces vintages with a strong character, marked by a wild aromatic profile evoking forest fruits, undergrowth, bark and violet. On the palate, it offers a supple attack before tightening up on a more structured finish, revealing all its personality.
After three to five years of aging, it reveals all its complexity and pairs perfectly with game dishes, making it an ideal companion for autumn meals.
Syrah de Chamoson 2022
Syrah, this noble grape variety from the Rhône Valley, finds a natural and privileged place in Valais. On its sunny hillsides, overlooking the Rhône which has its source in the glaciers at the bottom of the valley before joining Lake Geneva and France, it flourishes fully. Identity and authentic, marked by distinctive aromas of pepper and violet, Syrah, with its late maturity, is perfectly suited to produce great Valais wines. Gentle aging in oak barrels allows it to reveal all its depth and character, offering wines of great complexity and elegance.
