Pinot Gris in Maceration 2022

These old Pinot Gris vines, on the terroir of Prés des Pierres in Chamoson, are truly a godsend. From my first vintage, I favored a long maceration, in order to reveal the splendid color of this grape variety as well as its aromatic palette. This wine, bordering on orange wine, all in fruit and with very little tannin, goes wonderfully with all Asian dishes, red curries, and, surprisingly, even with oysters! An unexpected alliance that awakens the senses and sublimates each tasting.

Mercury 2022

This cuvée began in 2022, with the resumption of an abandoned plot. In addition to Pinot Noir, I discovered Merlot, Gamay, Pinot Blanc and Gris, which pushed me to create a blend planted from the first year.

Pinot Noir Chamoson 2022

Pinot Noir, this iconic Burgundy grape variety that I grew up with, is a true passion that I could not give up. When the opportunity arose to take care of this old plot of Pinot Noir, nestled on the splendid terroir of Prés des Pierres in Chamoson, I did not hesitate for a moment. It is with great joy that I produce this Pinot Noir in a style that pays homage to finesse and elegance, qualities that this grape variety knows how to reveal with such subtlety, in the pure Burgundian tradition.
